PLG section: introduction

Welcome to Partnership Led Growth Project 🌟

In this project, you'll develop the end-to-end strategy to partner with any goliath - in a way that it actually helps your customers and brings revenue impact. You will do 5 clear things:

  1. Product overview and problem statement
  2. Litmus test to understand if partnerships are the right channel for you
  3. Identify the right type of partnership
  4. Reaching out to potential partners
  5. Getting stakeholder buy-in
  6. Planning the GTM

Which product should you pick?

Pick only and only your product, the one that you work on day in and day out. If you aren't working on a product, strategise building partnerships for a product you worked on previously. CRAFTs are designed to help you transform, period.

Apart from this, there are 2 other factors you need to keep in mind:

1. The product you're picking should be a tech product

2. The product should have hit PMF

Go through each section mentioned below, and by the end of it you should have a solid understanding of the end-to-end process and requirements to partner with any company and drive revenue impact.

How to go about this project?

This project is divided into 6 sections. Each section has a separate brief. The ideal flow would be to complete watching a module, and then completing the project section for it. Doing this in a progressive manner would help.
